Lord Black to Judge St Eve this afternoon:

"I decline to exercise my right to testify."

Aside from the rumoured last-minute addition to the program by a KPMG auditor turned government "rebuttal witness", it's on to closing arguments, and then jury instruction, deliberation and the verdict.
